  Delivery Service
  The following Terms and Conditions relate only to new customers registering online. If you are an existing customer, please sign in to view the Terms & Conditions that relate to your own account.
   
  Standard delivery
  Provided the items you order from us are in stock at our own warehouse, we aim to deliver them direct to your door within 3 to 5 working days. Some items may come directly from the suppliers and may take a little longer, for example heavy furniture, goods requiring personalisation, as well as items marked with an asterisk* in the catalogue or otherwise stated on the website (please refer to the supplier delivery guide below).

We reserve the right to charge £2.99 to cover the cost of standard delivery on each order you place. Separate orders placed on the same day will be charged standard delivery separately even if received in one parcel. Securely Sign in/Register and go to View bag/Checkout to view the exact delivery charge for your order.
   
  Supplementary Delivery Charges
  It costs more to deliver some larger or more expensive items, so we make an extra delivery charge on those items that are clearly marked on the page.
   
  Next Day Delivery Option
  We offer a Next Day Delivery service* which costs just £3.99 in addition to your standard delivery charge, no matter how many items you order.

Orders must be placed before 6:00 PM Monday to Friday or before 12pm noon on Sunday. Orders that are taken after 6:00 PM Monday to Friday or after 12pm noon on Sunday, will be delivered 1 working day later. Orders for delivery to Northern Ireland must be placed before 5pm.

  How quickly will my Next Day delivery arrive?
  We've included a table above to let you know the anticipated delivery day. While we'll do everything we can to deliver your goods by the day anticipated, we cannot accept liability for deliveries made later than the day listed above.
   
  Orders placed over a Bank Holiday weekend will generally be delivered on the Tuesday after. For orders placed over the Christmas and Easter Bank Holidays please call us to confirm anticipated delivery times.

*This service is only available in our courier areas and is subject to availability. We do not offer this service on orders you make by post.
   
  Nominated Delivery Service Option
  You may also be given the option to choose a day for your delivery*, in addition to other delivery options. The nominated day delivery service charge is just £3.99 in addition to your standard delivery charge, no matter how many items you order.

You may also select a preferred morning (up to 1pm) or afternoon delivery. There is no further charge for this service. We will do our best to deliver to your preferred time of day where possible, although we cannot guarantee this time.

*Nominated delivery services are only available in our courier areas and are subject to availability. This service is not available on orders made by post.
   
  Direct Express Delivery Service Option
  We also offer a Direct Express service for items that are sent directly from our suppliers to you. If this is available on your order, an additional option will be provided at the checkout*.

We aim to deliver items selected on this service within Approx. 2-3 working days for orders placed before 5pm and Approx. 3-4 working days for orders placed after 5pm. The charge for this service is £3.99, however if you have already selected next or nominated day delivery on your order, this will reduce to £1.99.

*Direct Express service is only available on selected items that come directly from suppliers offering this service. This service is not available on orders made by post or telephone.
   
  Click to Collect
  If you select this delivery option at the check-out, provided the items you order from us are in stock, we aim to deliver them FREE direct to store within 3 to 5 working days. Once your order has arrived in store a member of staff will let you know by telephone and your order will be available for collection for 7 days. If you do not collect your order from store within this time period your items will be returned to the warehouse and your account refunded.

This service is not available for all items. You will be advised prior to check out if this service is not available for your order.

Please bring with you, the email we sent to you confirming that your order has been sent to the store and one piece of ID such as a valid bank card, driving licence or passport, when you call to collect the items, you will be asked to confirm you address. Somebody else can collect your order but they must be able bring along the email confirming the order has been sent to the store, one piece of your ID and one piece of their ID i.e. valid bank card, driving licence or passport, they will also be asked to confirm your address.
   
  ByBox Delivery Option
  Where applicable you can select to have your items sent to a ByBox secure locker where you can subsequently go, open and pick up. The supplier, ByBox aims to have your items available for pick up, up to 2 working days after ordering. ByBox will then notify you via an SMS text message to your mobile phone and an email sent to your entered email address. The notification will contain the secure pin code required to open the ByBox locker. The charge for this service is the same as your usual standard delivery charge, no matter how many items you order.
   
  Alternatives
  If you order an item and it isn't in stock, we may send you your second choice item, or a carefully selected alternative of equivalent quality and price.
   
  Delivery to a different address
  We always send your first order to your home address, but if you ever need us to, we're happy to send any of your subsequent orders to a different address. If you want to take advantage of this facility, simply click "Add new address" on the checkout page and follow the instructions given. When your parcel arrives, check the contents against the Advice Note. If they are not the same, please call Customer Services on 0871 231 5000 (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) or use the Contact Us page to notify us by email.
   
  Received orders
  Any orders that you place will appear on your next statement unless we've advised you otherwise. If you haven't received an item that appears on your statement, please query it with us as soon as possible. We'll assume that all the items have been successfully delivered unless we hear from you within 56 days of the original order date.
   
  In-Home Flat Pack Assembly Service.
 

If you require this nationwide service please telephone the provider, The Flat Pack Construction Company Ltd on 0845 491 6523 for a quotation. Please quote reference 'HSD' and your item catalogue number to identify the item in question. Please do not request an assembly visit until you are in receipt of the goods.


Order and Payment of this service are to be made directly by the provider on the above telephone number and cannot be ordered or paid for on your normal home shopping account. Payment can be made by Debit or Credit Card. In-Home Assembly prices start from £18 inclusive of VAT with a minimum visit cost of £55. A high proportion of the cost is made up of travelling to your location, it is therefore beneficial to have a number of products to assemble, please discuss this with the provider when you call for your quotation.

Simply Be are not liable for any damages, costs or claims, however incurred that may arise from connection with this service provided by The Flat Pack Construction Company Ltd.   TV Installation Service
 

As part of our delivery and installation service we will:

  • Deliver and connect your new TV to existing electricity and aerial points subject to geographical location.
  • Tune in terrestrial and Freeview channels (where available).
  • Reconnect up to two additional vision units using the cables provided (e.g. DVD players, Sky or cable boxes).
  • Test everything to make sure it is working and perform a function test.

Installation and connection will be to existing suitable site only. No wall mounting, building or electrical work will be carried out. Our service does not include disconnection and removal of your old appliance. Further details available on request.

  White Goods Installation and Connection
 

Where an item is supplied with free, or you buy the installation option, installation and connection of your new appliance will be to existing suitable site and utilities only (i.e. to modern standard fittings within 1 metre of the appliance). No fitting, building, plumbing or electrical work will be carried out. Our service does not include disconnection of your old appliance. Further details on request. Electric cooker installation will be carried out by a qualified driver when your cooker is delivered. Gas and dual fuel cookers require a Gas Safe registered engineer to install, an appointment will be arranged when you are contacted for a delivery date.   Home Approval Exceptions
 

Some items are not sold on home approval, unless returned unopened and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please refer to the table below for the nature of exception. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Hygiene Personal care products/Pierced jewelrey etc For reasons of hygiene, this item is non-returnable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
