Your purchase of a “Be Unlimited” subscription is subject to acceptance by us. By purchasing “Be Unlimited” you understand and accept that the benefits will be available from the date of purchase. If you have not placed any orders with us during this 14 day period, we will issue you a full refund of the £9.95 fee. However, if you have (or anyone authorised by you to use your account has) placed any orders during this 14 day period and incurred any delivery charges, the amount of your refund will be reduced or you may not receive any refund at all.

The Hermes ParcelShop network includes local convenience stores like Tesco, The Co-Op, Nisa and many more! They typically have longer opening hours of 7am to 10pm, 7 days per week, and with free parking nearby. You'll be notified of your parcel's arrival by text message and email. Please bring some photographic ID (such as a driving license or passport) when you call to collect your parcel and enjoy an easy and convenient service that's safe and secure at no extra cost! *Free Click & Collect may be available on orders £40 or over, subject to status and excludes certain products such as large items. Our return label no longer includes Post Office returns, but you can still obtain a Post Office label online via the Royal Mail website.
If you don’t have a printer, don’t worry! A QR code will also be sent to your mobile, and the Post Office will scan this code and print the parcel label.

Getting your parcel ready to return
If you placed an order on figleaves.com our usual Free Returns process still applies with 28 days to return your item. Please note that we can only refund items returned in their original condition (unworn & with labels attached).
Find your Figleaves Order ID
This can be found on the despatch note included in your parcel OR on your “Shipping confirmation” sent from @fashion-update.figleaves.com OR your original order confirmation from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Complete your returns slip and include in the parcel. Please note that we can only provide refunds at this time and cannot arrange for replacement/exchanges due to stock availability.
You have 31 days from receipt of goods to return items. It takes roughly 2 weeks for items to come back to us. Please ensure that your items are still in their original condition (unworn & with labels attached) for a refund.

However you return your item, please remember to obtain and keep a receipt. You will need to quote the unique reference code on your receipt if you have a query about your return. Please keep your receipt until you have received a credit for your return.
We will replace or refund most goods provided they are returned to us complete, unused, in their original packaging with any security tags intact and please note our returns period is now 28 days. The Returns Policy does not apply to some goods or may apply only if certain conditions are met. These goods are identified on the product page and any such conditions are set out there. If you return goods outside the scope of the Returns Policy and you have not exercised your legal right to cancel, we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost or to accept their return subject to making a deduction for any loss in value of the goods arising from your handling of them and a charge to cover our processing cost.
